Seth Freedman is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef who has cooked in many of Atlanta’s top fine-dining restaurant kitchens and served as culinary director for PeachDish, a home meal delivery service using top-quality locally sourced ingredients. Now a consultant for nutrition-based companies, he continues to support the education and outreach efforts of Community Farmers Markets, where he was the market chef from 2010-2013.
