Tiffanie Barriere, aka, The Drinking Coach, is an active member of Atlanta’s dynamic cocktail scene. Tiffanie’s passion for spirits and knowledge of their history has led her on a unique journey to educate and enjoy community around a glass. She has overseen the beverage program at One Flew South, recognized as one of the best airport bars in the world by Esquire, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes’ Tales of the Cocktail.

She leads an all-female cocktail team in Beyond the Glass and Cast Iron Chronicles, a traveling pop-up featuring local farmers and history-focused conversations.

Tiffanie has been pouring her heart out with DIG for over seven years. At this year’s Cocktails & Castoffs AT HOME event she will be curating 2 no-waste cocktails inspired by DIG’s gardens and our collective call to reduce our food waste and restore our local food system. I think we can all raise a glass to that!
